The zone was very effective, so why did we switch out of it?

You might want to watch the replay on ESPN3. The zone is the defense that put the breaks on UCONNs runs and got Memphis back in the game. This happened 2-3 times.

We switched defenses because Dixon got his 4th and had to come out. Went back to a man2man

Why did he "have" to come out considering that he went right back in with 4 fouls?

And doesn't zone protect your players when they're in foul trouble? Why get out of it at that point?
