I would bet they are going to make that look the same. They aren't even close to being done, so I wouldn't worry about it yet.
That brick will surely get painted with a sprayer to make it blend. The good news is that the brick type is the same. I have not doubt on that.
It would be nice if they put stone on the field side like they are doing with the rest of the building. If they just paint it, it's probably to save money. Always thought it wasn't that attractive.
The tunnel entrance appears to be the only stone on the field side, along with the original stone fence and towers on each side. Those are nice accents.

no tunnel. the only two things between the approx. 15 gap from doors and the new hole in the wall is the scoreboard above, and the ramp up to the field.

Visited campus the other day. Construction is coming along nicely. I gotta ask, the new Larimer almost looks as if it could possibly be expanded and made bigger (by adding on another story or two)...is this in the plans? I would hope so, always got to think big if you want to make it big.
Glass Bowl desperately needs to be power washed. Yikes, looking quite old.

no
the alumni pavilion was supposed to next to the Larimar to the west. But the foundation of the old wall was not sound enough to support it. That's why the alumni moved to the top of the hill. New cassions would have to be drilled for a new and very needed upper deck on the east side.

The exterior is almost done, they are working on the interior now. Completion is on schedule.

I'm guessing that siding above the glass windows will have our MAC title banners, and retired numbers in some form. Maybe sponsorships as well. The plastic triangles on the field look rather Central Catholic ish to me. (Any nice high school stadium)
