We have coaches to develop the players. We need our S&C coach to coach S&C.

My Man, I am telling you Josh wants Both....A S&C coach who can not only work on S&C but PLayers Development and Skill level to boot....Thus Making Our coaches Teaching and Coaching them up and better faster and Further Develop them.....Josh has got a good handle on this, and knows where he wants to go one this.....But rest assured, Look for a Ganon Baker type to work with our players.....Yes a S&C Coach will get them in shape, and this time Also Help work on their Skill levels as well.....The World Is Ours Memphis.....

I don't know what a Ganon Baker type means. A guy who works hard? I hope we look for a guy like that then, but I also hope we hire a strnegth and conditioning expert.

Ganon works on basketball skills, most notably ball handling and shooting skills for guards.

He's not a strength and conditioning coach; we're looking for a strength and conditioning coach.

MC, Ganon Baker works on Skills for players, But also S&C with thtem as well....I can assure you the Next S&C coach will also be a Skills Trainer as well as S&C coach.....A Player Developer as well as the S&C Coach....#TrUeTh.....Josh knows what he wants out of our S&C coach as well as Player Development from the guy as well.....Results....ONe Dream, One Team, Memphis....All for one, One for all, All for Memphis...The World Is Ours Memphis....

I'm familiar with Baker, and no where in his background do I remember any S&C experience.

If we want someone to develop the players above and beyond the assistant coaches whom we pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in salary, that's ok I guess. But we need an actual S&C coach as our S&C coach, or we'll be sorry in a year.

We could bring in a Ganon type over a summer or something to help develop skills in the off season, or we could just buy all his DVDs. But we need a true S&C guy.
