My wife's best friend is a TV Sports producer in Knoxville, and spent this weekend with us. She said Knoxville is buzzing with the hiring of Kiffin, and they are happy, as Saban has just committed career suicide by hiring Lane.

Tennessee fans need to stop lying to themselves. The reason they still care about Muffin is because they were hurt when he left. Kiffin took them from a 5-win team to a 7-win team in one season. He improved their offense from 11th in the SEC to 5th. Kiffin may be a jackazz but the dude knows offenses and how to develop quarterbacks.

They burnt couches, and were running in the streets when he left..........they were MAD! That's the real reason they turned on him, not because of his coaching ability. Layla is a nice lady too.

Once Nicky has enough to retire, his teams will start to lose a little more focus every year and the next time UAT loses 3 games in a season the inbred faithful will claim Saban has lost his edge, and needs to step down.

The trick to breaking up with a girl is making her think it is her idea.

I actually heard a bammer on Jox yesterday essentially saying that about Saban. The stupidity, it burns.
