Whatever that game did to set back basketball, the Akron-OU game made up for it. What a game, and I'm glad Akron came out on top.

Akron is a terrible team that will struggle to make it to Cleveland this year, this was an embarassing loss for the Bobcats tonight.

By the way, congrats to Akron on a hard-fought win. it was a gut-wrenching loss for us that I hope doesn't turn into two or three losses. we need to bounce back quickly so we can be ready for Ball State on Wednesday night. it looks like it's going to be another exciting MAC race with Akron, Buffalo, Western Michigan, and Toledo all looking strong and Ohio, Kent State, and Eastern Michigan ready to fight the top teams on any given night!

Great Game looking forward to the rematch!

Johnson injury really was a blow to Ohio's depth. Thin bench and the starters were worn out at the end. Johnson's defense would have helped close games and helped on those shooters and on the glass. Taylor/Willis is not the offensive threat from the point. That is going to hurt Ohio.

Akron/OU must have watched the NIU/BG game beause that 1st half was absolutely dreadful. The second half and the overtimes were outstanding. N'Dour is fantastic. What a player. Can't wait to watch the Tree/N'Dour match-up again this year and next. WOW!

Both players are tall, excellent leapers, and have very good skill sets.

8114 in attendance at the Convo in Athens last night. I sat on the opposite side as the OZONE for the first time and I couldn't believe how loud they were during the game! There were a few moments throughout the game last night that I believe the crowd caused some mistakes on UA's side of the ball. Bobcat fans = best fans in the MAC!

Sloppy first half shooting on both sides led to some fireworks in the 2nd half... Looking forward to playing Akron again although I think our best bet to knock 'em down would have been last night.

last year's avg was around 6,900.
