Couldn't agree more - bench needs some serious playing time.

If we get up big I'd like to mess around with Iverson and King at the three and see how they play on the wing.

The line up I wanna see the most and this is "testing" it if we're up big is.

1. Jackson
2. Johnson
3. King
4. Nichols
5. Shaq

I think it'd be great and may help out in some situations in the future because of the size.

The game today reminds me of the Xavier game last year for some reason.

Aside from Wolo, it's really great this year to not have to fiddle with some bootleg Russian feed or hope that Directv picks up the game on some oddball channel 739 that in my neck of the woods usually only carries high school hockey.

Jerry "mood swing" Palm has moved us up from a 9 seed to a 5 seed facing 12 seed USM in the East.

RE: ***Official Memphis @ Temple Game Thread***
The 2002 team was one missed length of the court runner by Steve Logan from making the NCAA tournament- as we had #1 anked Cincy on the ropes on the road in what I think was the last game of the season.

A CUSA tourney loss to Houston sealed the deal- and I believe we lost to Houston late that year at home as well. But all that would have been overcome had Logan missed that shot. A bubble team with a road win at #1 would have gone to the good side.
---

OK- looked it up...there was a 2-5 7 game stretch late in the year that did the team in. Lost early competitive games to ranked Iowa and Alabama and a close road loss to a rare good mispiisiiii team. A bad home loss to Arkansas was the 4th loss. Team was sitting at 20-4 and in the tourney before the 7 game stretch...

An Ugly loss at UAB
An ugly loss at Charlotte
The close home loss to Houston
A win at South Florida
A win over DePaul at home
The overtime loss at Cincy (ranked #4 not #1 my bad)
The CUSA tourney loss to Houston

During the season that team win at Temple and beat Tennessee and Louisville at home- I believe the first season Pitino was the Louisville coach.

Palm has little credibility. He was dead wrong about predicting Memphis' seed last year and, worse, was arrogant and condescending toward disagreeing Tiger fans. If he claims status as an expert, then he should expect to be held accountable.

I know. Memphis a 9 after the Cincy loss? lol

He had Louisville an 8 before the Memphis loss. Another lol.

Before it's all over, he'll have the Tigers v. Cards in a play-in game.

She owes you.

I have a payback suggestion if you're game. It's a little kinky, but, like they say, you only live once.
