Not at all, but Rice Stadium is a dilapidated mess. A plan for it's renovation was unveiled over 2 years ago. Since then we've heard nothing.

Yes. It'll be a separate building. The south endzone will be lowered to ground level, giving the stadium a nice entrance for the fans.
