Neither. It will end up being less than a grand. Not enough to jack up my rates. And my days hanging drywall on a ceiling are way behind me. My time and back are worth more than my $$.

The extremely cold temperatures earlier this week have caused pipes in some Uptown Clifton Campus buildings to rupture. Affected locations include:

Edwards (The Corry Blvd. entrance to Corry Garage is closed due to structural damage, the Scioto Street entrance is open.)
Calhoun
Stratford Heights (approximately 45 students have been relocated due to water damage)
DAAP
TUC (Water damage has affected phone service in some areas of TUC. Service technicians are scheduled for repairs during the weekend ofJanuary 11-12.)
Rec Center
MSB/CARE
Kettering Lab (water has affected the electrical switchgear for the building, which is closed until a safety evaluation can be performed)
