Frank was hired to do a job and got fired by the same head coach who hired him. He had some good results and some questionable.

Here's a hint for our fanbase - stop putting every player and staff member on the highest pedestal and ground your expectations in reality.

Frank and every other member of Pastner's staff have been second guessed constantly. Remember the Will Barton bench press fiasco?

The irony in all this that Frank was not fired over job performance. He was fired because he refused to do what Josh asked in one instance a few weeks ago.

It's amazing that we've won as many games as we have...since according to some on here, our coaches cannot coach, our players suck, and Frank was a mediocre trainer (and anyone who claims all of these statements haven't been made repeatedly on this board are either illiterate or a damned liar).

If he was performing well Pastner wouldn't have asked him to do something different. And clearly Pastner had not been happy with his methods for some time.

too bad frank didn't work out. he is an accomplished trainer, but just for clarity, he was hired because of the aforementioned. he was fired because of insubordination, regardless of the aforementioned.

frank could have said, "I understand your concern, josh, but.."

josh could have said, "I appreciate what you're trying to do, frank, but.."
