Being an NIU fan whose team played FSU in last year's Orange Bowl, FSU made the Huskies look good tonight. FSU could have beaten Alabama last year as well as they played in the Orange Bowl last year.

Absolutely awful first half by FSU. This shows how good they truly are as a team to be able to win a national title game playing like dogcrap for half the game.

On top of that, nothing bounced their way. Auburn almost botches 3 plays to fumble. Get them all back. Winston fumbles and it goes right to Auburn giving them a short field. Auburn punts and it bounces perfectly with backspin at the 1, make the stop and get another short field. That is 2 short fields for TD's.

The refs also made some brutal calls. That unsportsmanlike on Freeman was brutal. Let the guys celebrate. How come we didnt get that with Tre Mason spiking it and acting like an idiot towards FSU at the end of the game? Also on the first drive of the 2nd half, Winston was facemasked on 2nd down and Shaw was held on 3rd. And no horsecollar on that Greene catch and run at the end? I mean really?

D really stepped up in the 2nd half to give up only 10 to Auburn. Jeremy Pruitt is an awesome defensive coordinator. Hope he stays around awhile although he should be a HC soon. Fisher made some really good adjustments with the quick passes on O and they finally ran the ball again. I was going nuts when they abandoned the run so early in the game.

Lines played better, WR's stopped dropping balls and Winston came up clutch in the 4th quarter and end of the game. GO NOLES and great to end the SEC's streak!!!
