Absolutely, best new show BY FAR on TV. Read something last week that said it averaged 16+million viewers every week....more than American Idol. I didn't think Spader could be remade so well after his great stint on Boston Legal, but he is even better now in this role. Not only that, but as long as the writing remains good, they have enough bad guys to last as many seasons as they want......

RE: The Blacklist
Got caught up on The Blacklist the last two night, I'm hooked.

I was not able to download part 1 of one of the 2 part episodes. NBC wouldn't let me for some reason. But I got the gist of it.

Is it just me or has Spader picked up some Shatnerisms?

I think Spader makes an excellent well connected covert elitist smartazz. Hope the second season gets even better. There were one or two episodes in the first season that were not as good as most. Kind of think his agent daughter's husband is unnecessary. Doesn't add anything to the show. Spader was great in Boston Legal and perfect in Stargate.

Looking forward to Spader as Ultron in Avengers 2 next year as well

RE: The Blacklist
So, what did y'all think of the new episode?

Spader extracted his revenge on those who were involved in the final episodes for last season. Ruthless....

I thought it was much better. More of the story about Reddington and less about the Elizabeth's husband. Maybe he is leaving. I thought killing off Dembe last season was not of any benefit, should have killed off Tom Keen.
Anyway season 2 should be more intense.

That was awesome. Red's past has always been alluded to, but now they put definition to the ruthlessness. "You have a pretty face, and help people (paraphrasing)....too bad"

Have they disclosed the relationship between Redding and Lizzie's father yet? I saw the episode where he visited/killed him in the hospital. I think I am missing an episode or two.

I think that is what the show wants you to think, that it's Red. But I also feel that it's a little too obvious if Red is in fact her father and so I hope for some other plot twist

I was a little confused by Sunday night's show. I guess I have to trust the writers.

Red said he wasn't her father. Hasn't lied to her so far.
