Yes it is. Seeing Rutgers put into perspective on that criteria it makes perfect sense why we weren't left out from the power conferences.

There's another reason why Maryland and Rutgers were invited to the Big Ten. Look at who's number 1 and 2 on list of states with the most millionaires per capita.

Wow…I knew Maryland had some money it but holy cow. 7.70% of the households???? That is insane. Now…if only they could get some of these people to donate to the university. 03-wink
