Wow, who knew??

I bet Coach Vernon on his radio show served notice on how much better he would do as a coach.

This road trip to Louisville and Temple will be interesting. We'ver already had a poster claim MEMPHIS winning on Thursday does NOT erase the stench of the loss to UC.

We will see how things go at the YUM Center.

Maybe he's telling them something different but he's not disciplining or substituting for any of their mistakes. Talk is cheap without action

He will pull King in an instant if King MISSES a 3...

Geron's shooting numbers are rough but he played well against OK State (second time), Florida, and Michigan State just off the top of my head. He has not been atrocious in every single big game.

Geron brings defense and intensity every game, and he can finish pretty well in the paint.

Dixon and Crawford are like slot machines, sometimes you get a jackpot and sometimes you go broke, and you just can't tell when. They give Pastner variable ratio reinforcement
Quote:The variable ratio schedule produces both the highest rate of responding and the greatest resistance to extinction (for example, the behavior of gamblers at slot machines).

Quote:a reinforcement schedule in which the number of responses necessary to produce reinforcement varies from trial to trial. A VR schedule of VR10 means that if one averaged the number of reinforcers, on the average every tenth desired response was reinforced.[11]:88
Lab example: VR4" = first pellet delivered on 2 bar presses, second pellet delivered on 6 bar presses, third pellet 4 bar presses (2 + 6 + 4 = 12; 12/3= 4 bar presses to receive pellet).
Real-world example: slot machines (because, though the probability of hitting the jackpot is constant, the number of lever presses needed to hit the jackpot is variable).

Because you never know when they might go off, Pastner won't take them out of the game. And unfortunately this type of feedback is the toughest to break because you're always thinking the next minute is when CC will hit 3 treys.

So, in essence, don't go with Josh to a casino or you'll be playing slots all night

Evidently you havent listened to the postgame dribble from your beloved coach. 3s (hence the 4G lineup) and not inside attack (you think he wants 4Gs playing in the post??) was the focal point.

Nevermind the facts though....

I think you meant drivel. Unless he actually dribbled during the press conference, in which case I appologize.

Btw genius, here's a copy paste Thesaurus excerpt from an online dictionary site:

2.

dribble - saliva spilling from the mouth
slobber, drivel, drool

saliva, spittle, spit - a clear liquid secreted into the mouth by the salivary glands and mucous glands of the mouth; moistens the mouth and starts the digestion of starches

As I stated before, all that came from his mouth was dribble. You're dismissed now.

You love how I'm not fooled by beating JSUs and thinking we're worldbeaters all of a sudden.

Thanks for admiring me btw I guess. Btw, you were one of the lads who actually thought we were close to being a top 5-8 team a few games ago.... I sat back and laughed at that too.

Stay tuned tho, I have plenty more to give......

All of this banter will not change CJP's opinion on the four king offense and
the development of the other players. He is totally locked in!!! Right or wrong???

Dont mind him.

He has nothing to say regards to my assessment which is accurate therefore he resorts to childish banter about aliases and what not. He's simply doing what he se others do. Its amusing actually.

Nothing wrong with being critical as long as you give praise when it's due. CUSA is a troll who only pops out after losses to bash.

Roger that? Copy that?

And THIS is what make CJP not ready for this job...he is a feel coach..and these guards are NOT Bibby, Dickerson, Simon, Terry....Those guard could all shoot.

Our guards have very poor shot selection...(coaching emphasis) they don't talk on defense (coaching emphasis) they don't carry right mindset into games (coaching emphasis) the offensive structure is too guard oriented and not enough off ball action (coaching emphasis) misuse of overall talent (coaching emphasis)

And I can't stand how he throws his players under the bus...when they way they play doesn't maximize the talent on this roster....and players confidence is getting worse.

Course correction = I don't know what I want to do and I have no plan to win...just throw the ball out...that is obvious.

I find it pretty comical how quickly he thinks he's a big shot around here when a game doesn't go the way the rest of us want it to, though it did go the way he wanted it to. That loss to Cincy? Yeah, the only way "CUSA" could be any happier was if our boys lost to a sub-200 RPI team. 03-lmfao

Other aliases bash us for wins.
