How many students come to games when school is in session?

At South, historically, not many. I was hoping that students attended games at other schools.....

Maybe I'm confused but how does SBC basketball attendance have anything to do with OU kicking Alabama's butt?

Oh right, it doesn't.

Um it kind of does when their looked like about 500 people at the USA WKU basketball game last night,...Add also the biggest rivals left in SB basketball and the game time was changed to accomdate "USA fans" so they could do both, attend basketball game and than go home and watch their team (Alabama) in Sugar Bowl....The point being footbal rules in deep south and basketball is an after thought...Tied in the number of people watching Alabama play in Sugar Bowl....

i loved it.

but i do feel bad for all the troy and south al fans. trees will die in norman over this travesty.
There are trees in Norman?

Not many, but if they lost one it would surely be missed.

I watched the Saints give away a game to LA a hundred years ago in the Dome and that clip reminds me of how steep that section is. I thought I was going to fall off the darned thing every time I stood up.

If she was taking that defense, then that means she knows what she was doing. I would have been the opposite. "Excuse my stupidity, I was drunk out of my mind"!!!

Some of this is why Troy, UAb and South have had a problem building additional fanbase over the last 5 years. When you live in the same state as the past 4 NC and they are playing for a 5th, you never get those fans off their bandwagon long enough to show them what else is out there.

And then you have idiots like this lady and the ones that are calling for Saban's head if he loses another game in the next 3 years.

After looking at that video, you guys made me grudgingly accept something. I generall find SEC fanbases to be off and as much as I wish it were the other way around, my experience with the OU fans are one of balance. When they play their hated rivals in Dallas, I have never seen them go overboard, unlike the UT-Austin guys.

And that leads me to a confession. I married into an OU family. All that side of the family but my wife went there and my aunt-in-law also works there. I am so sorry.

as i stated earlier...i've spent close to a year in norman.

i found okies to be down to earth good people. if you can get past the clown sized belt buckles they wear.

one of my friends from norman told me every time he went down to the metroplex he raised the iq in both states. 04-cheers

Not knowing what was said to piss that woman off, from the reports in this state is that they were heckling her teenage player son, the OU fans reacted very well to her physical attack. I've been in the Super Dome, it would not have been hard to throw that woman down about three stories, that place is that steep.

no defense for drunken white trash amigo. the okies did handle it well.

she should have had her country-ass stuck in jail for the night. she got a chick-pass. if a man jumped over 3 rows swinging haymakers and then tantrum kicks i'm sure he woulda become intimate with n'awlins finest in blue.
