Florida Tech… meh.

But "Citronauts" was an amazingly awesome name. Cannot believe they let go of that.

We are..... U C F !!!!!! LOL

Take UCF and that beatdown of baylor and remain in the aac. Change your name and you might get a spot in a power conference. LOL
Congrats on the win. I didn't think a mid-major could pull it off but I'm happy tonight.

Coming from a fan that depends on another school to keep its place in CF relevance. Whatever.

LOL, congrats on the win. UCF and UH have a lot in common. Large student populations in large states and are mostly ignored by their bigger more established brothers. Let me know when Florida/Florida St have a UCF problem.

No doubt if we were relegated to the MWC or Big East/American, we would have as many BCS bowl appearances as West Virginia and TCU. The Big 12 aint intramurals brother. TCU and West Virginia found out how hard it is to win once they play big boys each week. Utah found out how hard it is to be relevant in the PAC 12 once they quit playing creampuffs.

TCU, West Virginia and Utah got up for 1 or 2 games a year and you see how they are doing.

Actually there is a tremendous amount of doubt, as evidenced by your long history of playing below the caliber of your top conference mates. So your answer is actually (silence).

Until our stupid administration decided to fire Leach, we were the 3rd best team in the Big 12. It took a monumental failure in tubbyloserville to bring us down. That said, Kliff will get us back to 96-09 form.

Anyone recall the 08 Texas-Texas Tech game? Anyone recall the numerous beatdowns of A&M? Anyone recall handing Nebraska their all time worst defeat?

Anyone recall how many conference titles TT managed in the last 25 years? Just stop already. Hubris by OU or UT fans might be expected and somewhat tolerated, but TT's legacy as a jock strap holding coat rack for better programs leaves you zero room to run smack on a team that just curb stomped the Big12 champ in a BCS bowl. Just stop.

We have 50 plus years playing our in-state rivals. Let me know when UF, FSU or even Miami consider you worthy. They all control the state of Florida. Please don't act like your commuter brothers in Houston.

You just beat a Big 12 doormat and act like you won the freaking super bowl. That tells me everything I need to know about Central freaking florida. Beat Texas, Beat Oklahoma, hell beat freaking Texas Tech before you think that your crap don't stink.

There is a reason directional florida is in the aac making the money they make?? Tons of commuters who root for their bigger more established brothers. uh fans do the same thing which is why they capped construction at 40k in a city with 6 million.

Oh well congrats on beating our worst champ in years. Hopefully, ucf and baylor become conference partners in the near future. The aac might get 200k more per team with baylor

UCF was not around at that time but in another 20 years, who knows what the Florida, or for that matters, Texas' college football will be like.

I was on the UCF bandwagon a few years ago to combat the coog high trolls. Now I see ucf is nothing more than a larger uh with the same pathetic fan base.

60K students and can average 40K on a consistent basis. uh has 40k students and can't average 30k on a a yearly basis. 2 peas in a pod

Hey, for what it is worth, I hope you tear the bearcats a new one. That will be must watch tv in Orlando and cincy

Whether you are on the bandwagon or not, it does not matter. Congrats on being part of the P5 club, and playing your in-state rivals for 50 years. It still depends on your in-state UT to keep your status, which is the only point I am making. If I am wrong, explain how UT does not control TT's football destiny. UCF will have to make it's own destiny.

It still depends on your in-state UT to keep your status, which is the only point I am making. If I am wrong, explain how UT does not control TT's football destiny. UCF will have to make it's own destiny.

Ask Larry Scott-- Oklahoma grew tired of Deloss and made provisions for the Texoma 3 to join. Deloss, ESPN and the LHN stopped it. Texas won't play in a conference with baylor and tcu long term. Deloss knew losing aggy, OU and Tech would hurt him.

That old bastard retired and I bet the new incoming UT brass wish they had an out now. They will find one and the Texoma 4 will head east/west. The beggars are free to join the left overs

Just stop.

Must really piss you off that UCF made your supposed superior conference champion look like you (a whiney little girl). C'mon just let the butthurt flow thru you, it'll pass. Fact is, UCF just won a BCS bowl game. In all of it's glorious (sarcasm meter peaking) past how many has TT won?? You can have your pathetic butthurt diatribe, UCF will take the hardware loser.

jml, just congratulate them and be quiet.

All you're doing is digging yourself in deeper with your arguments, which looks rather ridiculous, since you don't seem to have a clue about how silly you seem at times.
