Fiesta Bowl
It is tough watching the Fiesta Bowl knowing what could have been. It would have been a great time. I will be happy when it is over and behind us.

I know most say we are lucky to not be playing game as we would have been embarrassed. I completely disagree and think we would have had a shot. College football is very unpredictable and the buzz of being there would have had the team ready for the challenge.

I like your optimism. You are correct...college football IS unpredictable. However, IMHO, given the circumstances of what we've just witnessed a few days ago....I REALLY don't think that we would've had a shot in hell to even keep that game competitive. That's just MY $.02....but hey, I would've loved to be wrong!!!

UCF up 14, tough to think NIU would have been able to compete judging from their last 2 games. Alls we can hope at this point is our ratings in the Orange bowl last year beats the ratings of the Fiesta bowl.

The buzz of the MACC and the Poinsettia Bowl should have also had the team ready. We would lose the Fiesta Bowl soundly.

Baylor looks like they are starting to settle down. I expect it to be tied or Baylor have the lead going into the half.

Check out the size of UCF linemen. Especially DL.

No comparison to the size of our Huskies.

Not gonna lie and be a bias opinion

These QBs would pick apart our defense

This is in the making of a good game

Quit wondering and pouting and be happy we are 12-2

UCF deserves to lose with 3 turnovers in the first half.

I guess Baylor wants to keep UCF in the game.

These teams must be recruiting defencive talent from the same pool as the MAC.

Defense isn't really a thing in college football. It's why it's so confusing when you see an actual defense.

Bortles with TD run. He's doing some Lynch-type stuff here.

RE: Fiesta Bowl
There was such a significant drop off in our performances against Ball State and Toledo compared to our two disastrous games. I'd like a detailed explanation but we'll never get it. We did such a good job overcoming injuries. Was Stingily, TLL and Brown hampered so they couldn't perform? Was there something going on defensively at the MACC? I don't get how drastically our performance fell.

RE: Fiesta Bowl
We moved the against both defenses and I felt we did a lot of things to stop ourselves. Our offense didn't have the gameplan as we did those games we did play well in. We didn't ask JL to complete deep outs. I still don't get that. Our offense stunk but we still moved the ball and came away with no points.
