I wouldn't exactly call it a great win because in all honesty UNLV was at best an average team but any bowl win is a plus for the program and the league. I can't wait for the Toppers to be in CUSA next season. Good win for the eagles.

These are new helmets. They are carbon fiber.

I thought you guys already did a black with the green eagle? Or was a green with a black eagle for these jerseys?

We did a matte green with a black eagle for Halloween and homecoming. It was new with these jerseys, but I prefer these helmets.
Best UNT helmets I've ever seen. I'm gonna try to buy one if they auction them.

I believe they were just regular green helmets with different stickers, never seen anything to believe they were matte. Today's helmets were SICK. I hope they reuse for next year. If they do auction, good luck outbidding me

Other than this game I only saw you play once before and your tackling impressed me a lot. Obviously, your coaching staff have really placed a large focus on this segment of your game and it shows that they did a great job. You deserved this win and it would have bothered me greatly if you had lost because you have a very good team.

I loved the way your coach sandblasted that defender when he went off sides being a foot away from the football and yet he went over on 4 and 5. That's what I like about discipline that they're not slapped on the hiney and sent off on their way like coach Mike Price used to do.

Oh, another thing, your team should shut up those unlv fans on the mwc website. ;-)

UNLV brought about 2k of that total. From the crowd shots that number looks to be accurate. Looks like the weather was a perfect day for watching a football game.
