At the end of the GLI the picture was not a slight of Lucas, the picture as all the Seniors and Juniors. As far as Frank's soft goals. No one can expect that kid to carry this team and be mistake free every night. Not possible. Even the NHL's best have bad games and soft goals. Now it's a confidence thing. Lucas' confidence is sky high. Frank has to regain his and battle to get the net back. If you listen to coach's pressers, he likes all 3 goalies. If Lucas slumps, we have Frank, if Frank slumps we have Lucas and Bloomberg waiting in the wings. Remember last year, UofM, would have killed to have one guy stop the puck during the regular season. Most coaches don't have goalie options. WMU does. Be happy about that.

Dude, not sure what your point is about Lucas not being in the picture, care to expand on this?

I don't think Frank has "carried" this team in any of the games this year. At this level, goalies are expected to make the saves they are suppose to and if they are not, they will get pulled.

I don't see this as a confidence thing for either goalie. Frank is a reactionary type goalie, a scrambler/gambler type. Lucas is a positional/blocking type goalie. If you look the soft goals Frank has given up this year, he's out of position and/or not controlling his rebounds.

I listen to the coaches pressers and what he is obviously doing is down playing the goalie issue, quickly deflecting the question about Frank vs Lucas and shifting the discussion/focus to Bloomberg.

Nut-What the "team" needs right now is a goal tender who's is going to make the stops they are suppose to and Lucas is that guy right now, the most consistent. Give me the hot goalie come playoffs
