Yes, they showed the replays and the officials were correct in throwing him out. What a piece of sh!t player. If he's on the MUTS team next year, the coach should bench him for the first couple of games.

He was thrown out for his actions and that's enough. Never know if he was goaded into being pizzed. I still wish MT had won.

Turn my back for 30 minutes! Are we talking about a football game or an episode of "WWE Monday Night Raw?" Did "The Wyatt Family" or "The Shield" run out on the field and attack somebody? My goodness! I hate that I had to leave and miss the 2nd half of that game, but what has MT gotten themselves into?

What exactly did he do? I couldn't see it where I was sitting.

Aside from the 2 PF's that he was flagged for, an elbow to the head after the play was over and an intentional eye gouge of the QB. Refs missed both of those.

That's not good.

The first personal foul was offsetting.

The second one was along the sideline, and I couldn't see what happened. The other stuff is unacceptable though. I have a feeling he'll be writing a letter to the Navy football team. He's actually a pretty good kid. I'm surprised he let his emotions get the better of him.

Doesn't seem like the same guy that did this...

Oh come'on now Its not like the Navy kids are clean. Both teams played dirty and MTSU won the game of dirty play and lost the actual game. Navy kids are worst too with above the shoulder hits and unnecessary roughings.

Wow if you think i am attempting an excuse then its sad when obviosuly i didn't attempt one. I am not saying that the kid who went for gouging the eyes should be excused what i am saying is both played dirty and MTSU played the dirtiest and you can yell and ***** and moan at MTSU but Navy also had their hands dirty. While this particular kid who went for eye gouging should be benched until he gets his act straight.

I was glad to see that idiot thrown out. He made MT and CUSA look bad.

a few of the ECU fans have become really unbearable to say the least. Most are alright but a few have ruined their reputation for sure. They were giving Marshall crap on the AAC board about props etc. the way I see it is a prop is just about the same as a juco player. they get their grades and then they can play.

Considering Blunt is a senior, he is done for good. He was ejected and that's enough. It's football boys. If you don't like dirty and physical, go grab your pom poms and sit on the sidelines. Our team was already mad at some things that happened this week at the pre-game festivities. They were definitely hot headed after Navy had played dirty the first half. Am I excusing Blunt for what he did? No. It was unacceptable. But it was handled and what's done is done. Get off your high horse and move on.
