well that's one take on things Rath...
Here's another one, copy and pasted from another UC site:
While the score didn't favor the Bearcats last night, just wanted to say thanks to the growing number of people who care for and support UC Football. Thanks to everyone who made the trip down to Charlotte. No, I did not read the game thread before making this post biggrin
In what can be described as a 'unique' season in several ways, UC Football saw a 9% increase in attendance (a proud accomplishment in a time where many programs are going the other way) and broke a single game attendance/revenue record. The 1200 Club and Grid saw record support. Oh... and the Nippert Stadium plans became a reality ->

Soon, UC will be sending information in the mail about Paul Brown Stadium in 2014. I'm pretty sure everyone here knows how important next season is for the UC program and the entire department of athletics. UC will need the support of it's season ticket holders and UCATS members more than ever before. Fans will have the ability to personally select their season ticket tier and location. Season ticket holders will also have the ability to sit with your neighbors at Nippert and select seats at the same time. Many more details to come in the next few weeks.
UC has already started selling NEW season ticket deposits for anyone that you know who might want to join the team. If you cannot buy tickets, I would encourage you to join UCATS (Scholarship support). For those of you that are currently not a member of UCATS, Scholarship support starts at $50 annually. It matters.
This is a program that is doing great things on and off the field. 10 wins is now an expectation. Many of our supporters do expect UC to win every game. That's unrealistic, but not a bad thing. It's OK to be frustrated when UC loses, but you can also be proud that your program has set the bar that high moving forward. There are a lot of programs and fans around the country that would love to experience our culture of winning.
Point is, things don't have to be seen as the beginning of the end Rath.
