GameWeek: 'Cuse
Syracuse played a difficult game vs. nationally ranked Villa Nova.

Will 'Cuse come out flat Tuesday?

Will EMU have anything left in the tank Tuesday?

EMU might play the most Final Four teams as any team in the nation.

Duke, Kentucky and Syracuse are as good shots as any.

The other is the women's home game and we can be 10-1 going into the MAC season which would be great!

I've been following the women and their schedule has been soft. And I do not have any problems with that.

Bottom line:

Men are better than their record. women vice versa.

'Cuse applied a full court press the entire game last year, even when the game was already a blowout. EMU did not handle it very well. I'd like to see them improve in this department.

Softer than I like as well but we are also a very young team unlike the men. We are also fairly small like the first few years under Susie.07-coffee3

If we lose our cool and focus this could and will be over before half time. We were still in the at the half against Duke but lost focus just like UMass and Purdue.07-coffee3

Agree 100%

Imagine how good this team could be if they kept their cool and played like a team. I see a lot of talent here but I don't see a lot of complete team play. I did not attend all of the home games last year but did attend quite a few and the same problem plagued this team last year.

Are we gettin better or worse? Agree with the statement tha we are a senior dominated team but can't figure out why the sloppiness etc.

Whats with Lee? 38 points in a game and then 1 point??????????????

Coombs up and down

Riley, no threat offensively

On and On

Shooters are up and down OR they move to the NBA.

Those who can put up 15 - 20 points per night every night never see their sophomore year in college. Jabari Parker will never see the floor at Cameron next year.

Teams haven't had luck pressing us this year because Talley is a one man press break. UMass tried for most of the first half, and that's how we built our lead.

Funny how one of our biggest weaknesses last year turned into a strength largely due to one player.

Duke tried a few times yesterday too, and it only worked once, when Sims was bringing the ball up. When they tried it on Talley, he blew right by Cook.

Mike has his faults, but he's awesome to watch in the open court.

Talley seems to be very smart with the ball and the plays he makes. Maybe not as talented as other pgs athletically, but smarter. See Carlos Medlock -- made you say wow then next time down the court wow for a bonehead play.
