That's not really a preseason Top 25, as it was quickly put together immediately following the CWS last June, and did not factor in either Summer League or Fall Ball performance, or draft signings. Of the various national college baseball polls, Collegiate Baseball (which, IMO, is the least reputable) is the only one to have released their preseason 2014 poll, and Rice at #17 is the only CUSA team to crack the Top 25.
