Three in double figures
I expect that we will have three players averaging double figures by tournament time. James is at 9.5, and I think that will improve with time.

But you need around 30-40 points a game from the rest of the team, and that hasn't been happening has it? At least not enough to win more games. Three players in low double figures means nothing unless you have a lot of other players averaging 7 or 8 points each. That's always been our problem.

We don't get enough points out of the non scorers to compliment the few that do score consistently. Your stars need to average 12-15 or more points, but everyone else also has to contribute. You can't have people playing 10-15 minutes or more and scoring practically no points. Just go back and look at our box scores. It's very obvious. You talk about players doing things that don't show up on the stat sheet. Yes. But they also have to be able to put up some points. If you have non scorers playing good minutes and scoring nothing, you're going to lose most games. There's just no way around it.03-banghead

RE: Three in double figures
This year we haven't had the scorer off the bench. Hopefully Ben is hitting his stride.

I hope he didn't peak in that one game. The next one he had like 5 points.04-rock
