ND's leading BB scorer suspended for the semester

ND's leading BB scorer suspended for the semester
Similar to what happened to Everett Golson in football, Jerian Grant was suspended for academic reasons, namely cheating on an exam (allegedly).

So, ND has suspended its starting quarterback and its leading basketball scorer in less than a year for cheating regarding academics.

As a Syracuse fan, I sympathize. I'm pretty sure that suspending Fab cost us a NC.

Congrats to Notre Dame for putting academic integrity first. This would have been swept under the rug at a lot of schools.

Too bad that is happened but ND should be commended for taking action whereas it might be swept under the rug at other places.
