Tulane Fans: Nico Marley
At 5'8" 180lbs what made the coaches put him at LB. The dude is an absolute beast but he is built more like a DB than a LB. Seems to be the right move just wondered how they decided to do it. Was he a LB recruit?[/align]

He was a linebacker/ corner in high school. He packs a punch and is super fast. The hitting got him the start. Also big time completion at the corners.

Yea. And his dad played for the Canes at LB too. They said it during his first big play. His dad played LB af 5'8" 210lbs.

Your guys' defense really came to play tonight. I hope our guys are flying around the same way come Friday.
