Sunset Cliffs is a nice place to be, you know, around sunset.

And In N Out has a number of locations in the area.

Haha, I will be avoiding In N Out unless HMM desires to go there. I live in Phx so I eat there weekly. Thank you again to all who gave personal suggestions on places they've enjoyed. Only there for a few days so I think the beaches you guys have suggested will definately be the main goal. Merry Christmas and Go HUSKIES!

"San Diego... come... take a load off..."

Please do what the MAC East couldn't do to or in San Diego!!

I knew someone was going to beat me to it.

Oops! No pun intended.

The Casa de Pico Mexican restaurant in Old Town changed hands a few years ago, and the new one is not good at all--surly wait staff, mediocre food. The old Casa de Pico moved to La Mesa. It's a bit of a drive, but the food and atmosphere are definitely worth the trip.

IMO, the best place to eat in Old Town is an Italian place called Lino's, but there's a good Mexican place just outside the Bazaar del Mundo called Casa de Bandini.

Gloomy? How is spanking it in San Diego city streets a gloomy endeavor?? :)

The NIU band (the portion that was sent) should be playing that song after every TD!
