Trip Report Interest?
I found out yesterday that I'm going to my 2nd game at Allen Fieldhouse next month for KU/K-State on January 11th with my family. Since this is a college sports board and there isn't much of a Big 12 presence, would there be interest about my experience at one of college basketball's most iconic venues?

Yes, I think it would be an awesome place to see a game. Last year I watch a special were a. Jayhawk fan talk a wealthy Kansas Alum into bidding and buying James Naismith original rules of basketball. His winning bid was like 6 million dollars. He donated it to KU and it's displayed in part of Allen Field House. You would enjoy watching a game in Assembly Hall (IU) fan in Indiana are passionate about their basketball. We need to get Kansas in BIG.

I would love to see it.

A friend of mine in college was a KU fan. He always said that basketball schools need to stick together, and I agree. I'm still sad that the Texahoma 4 didn't join the PAC because that would have meant KU in the Big East. Woulda been awesome.

I've been there many times, and it's just an amazing experience. I'd certainly like to hear your impressions for your visit. What I want to do is go to a big-time football venue to experience that atmosphere. I have a friend who moved to Opelika a while back, so at some point I may get to visit him and see a game at Auburn, which should be quite an experience.
