GLAAD unleashes vile remarks after Phil Robertson speaks Biblical Truth
Quote:Says GLAAD spokesman Wilson Cruz: "Phil and his family claim to be Christian, but Phil's lies about an entire community fly in the face of what true Christians believe. He clearly knows nothing about gay people or the majority of Louisianans — and Americans — who support legal recognition for loving and committed gay and lesbian couples.

How far of the mark can a HATE GROUP like GLADD be. TRUE CHRISTIANS believe The Bible and The Bible is very clear both old and new Testament that HOMOSEXUALITY IS A SIN!!!

MOST LOUISIANANS don't support legal recognition of SAME SEX marriage that's why they have a constitutional ban on it. For that matter a majority of states adopted a constitutional ban on SAME SEX marriage.

Hate Group attacks Christian for his beliefs

All the vile hate spewed from MSNBC and CNN and no conservative group has attacked these TV personalities for their statements or beliefs by going after their sponsors or their show.

RE: GLADD uleashes vile remarks after Phil Robertson speaks Biblical Truth
Silence everybody you disagree with but be sure to do it so that it appears you are combating something we all dislike, hatred; its the new American way.

How sad is that?

You can't have an opinion or a moral conviction these days. Having morals, or being closed to certain things, makes you narrow minded and an enemy of love.

We're witnessing the very breakdown of our society. We're replacing it with expediency, sloth, perversion, greed, gluttony, and all in the name of love and harmony.

Why is it always about the gays? Why don't I ever see Christians talking bad about Red Lobster or Joe's Crab Shack, or the people who eat at such places? Matter of fact, I would be willing to bet Phil loves crayfish and sees no problem with that at all.

To be clear, it appears that he started with homsexuality but also threw in promiscuity and other things. He was talking about sex out of marriage. Also, I think he was being interviewed and asked these questions. It wasn't just a tourettes type moment.

Also, my guess is that Phil doesn't care a bit about Red Lobster or Joe's Crab Shack. He's more of a catch it and eat it type guy.

I welcome the persecution.
Who am I to keep the heathen from unwittingly validating Biblical prophecy.

I really don't care why it came up or how it came up. It isn't just him. Seems most Christians these days have a huge problem with the sin of homosexuality but not so much of a problem with many of the 600+ other sins in the bible.

RE: GLADD unleashes vile remarks after Phil Robertson speaks Biblical Truth
It's a candid interview. He's asked questions and gives his opinions.

Anyone who has watched the show would not be shocked that these are his beliefs. He always speaks his mind and doesn't worry about being PC. He's a God fearing man who has turned his own life from sin through God's grace. He spoke of his beliefs regarding gay sex, extra-marital sex, etc. He didn't condemn any of the people doing those things. He said they were sinning which in his mind (and according to the Bible) they are.

If GLADD doesn't like his opinion, hey jack don't watch the show. Duck Dynasty's audience is plenty big so they won't notice the difference in their ratings.

I'm guessing Phil would say if in order to stay on tv he'd have to filter what he believes that'd be the end of Duck Dynasty.

I love Phil Robertson for being real and speaking his mind and heart.

You only see what is publicized, and guess what, this (and maybe abortion) is the only one that is publicized.

I do agree that most churches are way to easy on divorce and remarriage.

Maybe that is because the gay population is the squeakiest wheel so they get the most grease?

I see Red Lobster commercials pretty regularly, or does that not count as sin being publicized? I understand what you are saying but I'm not buying it. It just seems to me there are certain sins that Christians have become ok with and others that are not ok and I don't understand how they can make that distinction.

Um, not so much anymore...Jesus (the guy that Christianity is based on) pretty much declared all foods clean.

Try again.

Oh, well, then that's easy. Lobster are actually closer to spiders. Not shellfish. just skip the scallops and you're good to go.

They're very pro immigration, illegal and otherwise. There was even a high profile case a while back where an illegal took refuge in a church to avoid being deported and the church supported her.
