What really amazes me is what people say to just get attention. This applies to many of the sport teams we have at Memphis. My attitude is that if you don't agree or don't like the way it's going, don't watch, don't go to the games and at least have the civility not to embarrass the coaches, players and fanbase with idiotic comments. Constant bashing of the coach and players just suck the life of those who enjoy to watch our guys perform to the best of their abilities.

Do we all wish we could have beat Florida? The answer is obvious, but the means in which we express our disappointment in a loss are, most times, juvenile at best.

As for me, I choose to adopt the attitude of Rex Dockery when he said: "Keep your long range goals in perspective. Don't worry about the battle. Worry about the war."

This loss will not define our season and we will have many more chances for redemption.
