Miners in trouble. Down 5 with 6 to go. Moore and Crosgile out for disciplinary reasons.

Come on Miners, New Orleans hasn't beaten a D1 team all year.

Were there any injuries for UTEP? Wow this a bad loss.

Missed an open three and an open tip in at the buzzer to lose. Not much else to say.

No point guard.... No offensive synch.

They did it to themselves. Noone to blame but themselves.

I get the feeling Crosgile isn't going to finish the season.

Hopefully he's a cat with 9 lives. I think he's already thrown away 2.

RE: UTEP 36 New Orleans 34 Halftime
Check out our Twitter feed @sbnminerrush got some post game quotes from Floyd on the drama.

This team has issues deeper than x's and o's, there are no leaders, passion, nor fire, then throw in the discipline issues.

Good to see Rags get off, but can this be an every night out thing?

New Orleans first road win in two years.... Speechless right now....

RE: UTEP 36 New Orleans 34 Halftime
it sounds as if Crosgile might be gone... Tonight when the entire bench (even Moore) was supporting the team, he just sat at the end of the bench with absolutely no reaction

Now I see why he left Eastern Washington half way through their horrible season last year...

That was UNO's first D1 road win since the 2009/2010 season (they beat Tulane and UL-Monroe that year). 04-jawdrop

I can't believe UNO won. They were in the Sun Belt for the longest time and - mistakenly - left the conference. I am surprised. Perhaps they will win another road game this year (@ #5 Michigan State, perhaps? that's their next game LOL)

After Katrina destroyed their campus (academic facilities as well as the basketball arena) they cut scholarship athletics to try and rebuild. They dropped all the way down to d3 and have just clawed their way back up. I hope for the best with them. They used to be a solid hoops school. Would love to see them get back to being good.

Agree and at the same time I would love for UTEP to get back to being good also. Maybe next year.
