I have talked to two former UC point guards. Both told me they no longer watch UC because the offense is so horrible. One played for Catlett the other for Badger.

I didn't. My furniture was in danger of being broken.

This roster is about what I feared. The talent is too young.

Our young talent is not the problem. How are our veterans Rubles, Jackson, Guyn and Sanders doing tonight. Those four have ZERO basketball IQ.

Badger's offense was nothing to write home about either.

RE: Crosstown game thread
Well - this hasn't quite been what we expected.

UC's lack of an inside game could not be more glaring tonight. And when they can't shoot from outside, which is usually, they are in deep trouble.

UC is getting killed on the boards. And they are getting killed on inside scoring. Well, outside too for that matter.

I've about had enough of Rubles. He can't shoot and he is weak. He will not play inside and he can't rebound.

UC again has no offense. I guess give some credit to Xavier but UC just looks pathetic tonight.

I don't see how there is any way for UC to get back in this game.

Xavier clearly has better players. They are much bigger and stronger inside. Will Cronin ever sign a good big man?

Also do not forget that X is shooting out their ### with 3 pointers. That has to even out. I pray it evens out.

Please, that is such a broken record. And the Little Mickey name calling thing is so lame.

6-12 from the FT line for UC, 9-10 for Xavier.

Outrebounded 19-9! Pathetic!

A bad offensive team just put up 41 first half points on one of the better defensive teams in the country. Hell, a good offensive team (New Mexico) only put up 63 total points in their own building! X is even on fire from the FT line. Of course they would be...

45 total points in the last two first halves is embarrassing, especially considering they were the two biggest games on the schedule to this point.

The slow starts are extremely troubling. It always seems to take UC over 10 minutes to get to 10 points.

Garbage offense, poor FT shooting. Typical Cronin team, same $hit, new season.

Speaking of New Mexico, they just got rolled by Kansas by almost 20 pts.

You do realize that Xavier has to miss in order for sure to rebound, right?

Also, apparently Xavier found the one even remotely attractive girl on campus for that commercial.

What better defensive team are you talking about, UC's stats were all against Podunk U., only one game against real competition. UC is not that good.

FT shooting has actually been good so far this year. 72.5% is the best in the conference and 77th nationally.

AdjD efficiency, which factors in SOS. UC is 14th best in the country.
