Enough with the we are awful and can get manhandled by any team...even an FCS team. NIU is 12-1, yes we had a very bad MACC game defensively, but that was one bad game. Nuff already....

Lose one game and all of a sudden we would get beat by Towson.

Not any team --just Towson and almost EIU.

Towson's coach needs a hat or maybe a brush. Game over..Towson is a tough team.

Very annoying--Garoppolo keeps getting NFL draft love and Lynch projected as undrafted and not NFL caliber.

Truth is they want a qb who passes for over 350 not a rushing qb

Lynch will get drafted if he throws well at combine and runs 4.4 or 4.5

Settle down for Chri*t sake. Nothing personal. Ten years ago, five years ago, today or in the future NIU will always be lumped with the other directional schools. That is the public perception and always will be. You can like it or not I don't care.

A Orange Bowl appearance, ESPN talking about NIU everyday as a BCS buster and Lynch at the Heisman ceremony, I think people in ILLINOIS know NIU is one of the big boys now!

People may link the academics and the overall schools together, but not the football programs.

Yes, the people that know who SIU, EIU, WIU, ISU are know that NIU is FBS with the big boys.

I'm not taking anything personally. I'm using the same phrase you used on me ironically. If you think the average person still doesn't differentiate between NIU and WIU then I don't know what to tell you.
