Looks like our team has sustained yet another injury. Evan posted a picture of his ankle on Twitter. While he said there is no time table for his return, I hear that he could miss the next two games.

Yikes. Just saw it. Hope it is only a rolled ankle and nothing more. Looks like Caleb will continue to start.

Not sure what we will do. It does seem like Caleb should start but with Craig back, we have to have the ability to give Caleb and Craig some rest. I think we will see some more minutes from Jeff and Nick.

Nick's minutes seem to have been cut back. It kind of seems like he's in the dog house for some reason. I love his shooting. I hope he gets some minutes in before conference play begins.

I was wondering the same thing about Nick. The first few games, didn't it seem like he was a frequent member of the rotation? I'm also a big fan from what I have seen from him. He has a pretty shot from the outside and seemed good at pulling down some boards. He just gave some nice minutes off the bench. I'm wondering if he is in Byrd's doghouse.

I recall him getting chewed out against Brescia. It may have been the maddest I have ever seen coach Byrd (and I've seen him get pretty dang mad at Blake). It was after a lethargic effort at an offensive rebound which led to a fast break. At least that's what I think he was yelling at him about. For the rest of the game you could tell Nick was flustered and that Coach Byrd had really struck a nerve. Since that game it seems his minutes have been limited. I too like Nick. He reminds me a little of Trevor, he just doesn't play as physical...yet. I think that's what's lacking from his game at this point. His strength down low needs to improve.
