An idea I had would be to paint the Huskie stadium turf. Maybe all black, or all Cardinal. Maybe half and half. Eastern Washingtons field is red. Looks cool to me. Anyone else like this idea?

Yuck, Skyboxes, Logeboxes, suites, club seats have to be next on the list. We need revenue above all else and this is the best way to generate it.

I hate the blue and red turfs.

Yeah all black turf when the team practices outside in August during the day is a great idea.

Ideas for the future: WIN the bowl game!!!!!!

once we go "big time" and join the Big 12, then we can play on a half purple, half black field at wrigley vs. northwestern.

1. Win bowl game
2. Upgrade home schedule
3. Fix current stadium - bathrooms, concessions, seating
4. Replace outdated media facilities - new press box
5. Replace outdated club seats - new club box
6. Add suites if you can sell them before adding
7. Move softball and baseball to west campus
8. Add seating in south end zone and raise scoreboard
9. Add seating all around wherever it works. Start by getting capacity up to 25,000-30,000 with a comprehensive plan for future additions
10. Get DeKalb to add a railroad underpass west of the Convo Center so bigger crowds can get in and out
11. Raise all FB coaches' salaries to at least AAC level
12. Get up to the AAC or Big 12

Ideas for the future: Don't make an average quarterback look like Brett Favre circa 1996 in the biggest game in program history.

Forget a game at Wrigley; it's been done. Play a game at The Cell; that HASN'T been done. So why not?

Find a new Chicago station for the football network. AM 1000 might be the best option, although it can be tough to pick up at night.

Fix the TV problem so we no longer have to hear about it on this board. See if Comcast wants to take us back.

Announce fundraising drive for new press box, club boxes and suites.

Improve bathrooms and lobbies/concourses on west side.

The Cell? It's not an old historic baseball park. It's a nice park, but a distant third choice to Soldier and Wrigley

1. Figure out a way to get students fill the stands, and from leaving after First Half.

This could be done by implementing some sort of award system. For example, here at KU, students that show up to X number of game events (football, basketball, volleyball), are rewarded with a prize. After showing up to 45 events, students are rewarded with a WHITE KU Bill Self signed basketball.

1. Replace all benchback seats with Chairbacks...the benchbacks are not comfortable and don't come close to selling out.
2. Make the benchs, in section D above the benchback, a new premium section by removing half the rows, building a platform and installing tables.
3. New buisness deal with an online retailer. Don't allow anyone to sell gameday shirts.
4. Allow people to sign up for season tickets call back list at any time.
5. Sign a multi year 2 game per yr agreement with CSN.
6. Figure out how much food and drinks to buy.
7. Fundraise for a new skybox. 2-4mil before selling of suites and club seats.
8. Improve signage in stadium and give ushers maps to help show guests what they want.
9. Improve Convo parking signage just before the water tower so non-donors don't turn on Stadium Drive causing frustration for everyone.
10. Install a Huskie/NIU entryway sign at or before railroad viaduct on AnnieGlidden.
