He makes 512K per season.

Could an established MAC team, e.g., BG or BSU (if the job opens) offer him 750K and would he take it?

My thinking is that the best way to 'climb the ladder' is NOT to take a job like UConn, which has a fairly high chance to be a deadend job for him but take over a winning MAC program.

Could Narduzzi spend two years at BG or BSU and become a hot HC prospect for better programs?
