CBS ranks the bowl games from 35 to #1:
MAC fares OK, with:
Potato Bowl and Buffalo at #27; *
Go Daddy and BSU at #24;
Beef O Brady's with OU at #23;
LCB with BG at #21;
and Poinsettia with NIU at #16.

* CFN had the Potato Bowl #10 on their top ten bowl game review.

This is kind of surprising to me given that most of the time the MAC bowls are rated in the 30s. still, it's just a list of some guy's opinion. hopefully the games will be good. I love bowl season!

Just one time I would like to see a media outlet rank these bowls after they have been played. 03-banghead

Base the rankings upon the entertainment value of the actual games played on the field.

Exactly! For instance, what would the title game between Alabam and Notre Dame have been rated after the fact? If certainly wasn't that competitive.

Including all 35 makes 15-20 look better than just 1-20 would. There's no worry about the impact on 25-35, since 25-35 only exist because some people will watch the bonus football no matter who is on, because the college football is coming to a close for the season.
