RE: Ball St. to the Go Daddy Bowl
StAte fans are extremely disappointed to playing lil' ol' Ball State and will probably rip the Cards apart.

This should be a pretty good game. ASU has become better all season under a first year coach. I could see this being very close game between two good teams

I had hoped to go there and talk some football but the thread is already a dumpster fire.

Should have seen the ASU fans this past week when they thought WKU was going to get the GDB

Excited to play Ball State. Should be an exciting game. Mobile is a great time. Beach is really close and worth coming down for a few days to enjoy. Parade is fantastic. Hope to see some Cardinal fans down there

Toledo plays at ASU in a week or so in b-ball. Maybe the Rockets can bring them down to earth.
Nonetheless, I think K. Wenning will have a field day against them in the GDB.

I'm thinking that falls out of sorting out a deal that allowed the Poinsettia Bowl to pick NIU ... it makes sense more sense for GoDaddy to agree to use their second pick on another school because they were happy with Ball State.

Hopefully Lembo stays to coach the bowl like Hazell did last year.

Nah. We're looking forward to playing Ball State. That thread got hijacked by a few North Texas trolls who are very talkative now that they finally have a good team. Once UNT fans get involved, the game changes.

Just like some Ball State fans will overlook us, we'll have a few that will overlook you guys. Such is a given.

Toledo could beat ASU by 100 and it would not make a blip on our fans radar. Fans don't care for basketball at all here.

Agree on all accounts. Throw in the fact that the stadium has been remodeled and we have a real winner. Should be fun!

We're not a big basketball school. If we win, cool, but we ain't stressing over it. That's one reason WKU hates us, because they're always trying to talk basketball, and we don't really give a crap.

Should be interesting to see our young secondary against a passing team. We've seen only Troy and Missouri all season in that department, and both were in the first few games of the year. Did well against Missouri by Missouri standards. Beat Troy, but had an awful day defensively.

Excited to be playing Ball St; I expect a good game. We have gotten progressively better this season. Hopefully we'll actually have a HC for our game as the rumors are that Boise St wants Harson. I'm hoping that you guys will bring some fans. NIU & KSU brought very few the past 2 years.
