Winston was face-masked in the middle of the field...not called.
The FSU wide receiver was horse-collared on the last FSU drive.
Look. I am an SEC guy who also likes FSU, but the refs never decided this game for anyone...
Exactly.
I thought it was a well officiated game overall.
That is because it was officiated by a Big Ten squad. Our guys don't take any of that **** that was displayed and flagged for.
Are you joking or do you not watch B10 football? I think the B10 has the worst refs in the country. That's not any comment on this particular game-just in general.
I think Iowa State would disagree strongly about that.

One universal truth about college football: no matter who you pull for, or what conference they play in, your team is always screwed by the incompetent refs said conference employs.

I'll say 3 points, which isn't actually a curb stomp, but enough to make Aub the laughingstock of the SEC again.

I have some really intelligent Tennessee friends who swore up and down the refs were cheating for Georgia on a TD play. There was a conspiracy to let Georgia win. Not a doubt in their mind. Looked at the replay the next day and it wasn't even close. Easily a touchdown.
I see a lot more, "how could they possibly miss that?" with B10 refs than any others.

Auburn will never be the laughingstock of the SEC in football as long as there is a Mississippi State in the conference.

Auburn is the SEC champion this year. If they are the laughingstock of the SEC, then it speaks poorly for the rest of the conference. Florida State was just better. Not the ACC, but Florida State. The SEC can't win the championship every year. Neither can the state of Alabama.
The laughingstock of the SEC in football is not Miss State. Its Kentucky.

Auburn is the first to cause the streak to be broken... If the SEC is a "band of brothers," we're all slapping Auburn in the back of the head when we walk past them for causing the streak to be broken. They ARE the laughingstock in terms of the NC streak. Kentucky, by default due to history, is of course an SEC laughingstock.

Right, I'm sure you mentally processed every game you have ever seen in a most unbiased manner in regards to figuring out this little opinion of yours.
A guy who dislikes the North and The Big Ten just happens to think that he has seen more "how could they possibly miss that" moments from Big Ten refs?
Sorry, it's just really hard to take this comment of yours seriously.
