Wyoming Hires Craig Bohl
Who do you ask? Bohl is the head coach at FCS North Dakota State. This looks to be an excellent hire for Wyoming and it begs the questions as to why don't more struggling FBS programs just go out and hire top level FCS head coaches?

Very solid hire, surprised that he didn't wait it out for a better program.

Bobby Haulk at UNLV had championship teams at FCS Montana. His UNLV team was at the bottom of the MWC for a good amount of years until the Rebels became bowl eligible this year by walloping San Diego State two weeks ago. Hiring any coach takes patience, but it seems patience is cut by two when an FCS champion coach comes into the ranks of the FBS.

UNLV is a basketball school, so it was going to take a while for a good football coach to get that football program moving forward. I was impressed by Bohl when his team beat Kansas State at Kansas State on opening weekend. That was a solid win by any school, let alone an FCS school. K-State's only other loses at home were to ranked Baylor and Oklahoma teams.
