I can promise you that my 4 wheel drive Chevy Silverado pickup would get in and out of your neighborhood if I was driving.
Dude, I watched a 4 wheel drive F250 Super Duty spin out on the hill by my house.
Well, you gotta know how to drive. My truck is just a 2010 basic model work truck with no extras other than 4 well drive. There's things like putting chains on the tires if you have to and salting the road. Don't act like Texas is Phoenix or Palm Springs. When I was out in Phoenix, it was pathetic what a liittle snow or ice did to people because they saw it only once every couple of years, but Texans see it more often....Yeah, not like Chicago, but enough to be able to plan ahead for winter storms and not cause the entire city to hide out in their homes. Didn't Baylor and Kentucky just play a game in the same area? Did only 1000 fans show up to that game because of the weather? Explain the difference to me? Baylor and Kentucky fans still showed up to the game. 10,000 fans for a basketball game with no home team made the trip.

no one here owns chains and they don't salt the roads here. It's stupid, but it's how it is. Don't pretend like we are Indy
Baylor and Kentucky played 30 miles to the west. And they sold 12,000 tickets but not that many showed up. Maybe a few thousand - and that's for going to a game that was inside in a stadium that was much more accessible

So everywhere in the area was accessible except for SMU's stadium?

For those who could get out of their neighborhoods, it was much easier to get to Arlington than to the area between downtown Dallas and Northwest Highway. Tons of trees/downed power lines/ice issues in that area.
And as I've shown, the Kentucky/Baylor game did NOT have 10,000.

SMU fans know the issues. UCF fans know the issues. The only people that think it should have been otherwise are a UH troll, an ECU/Army/Iowa troll, and Wilkie (the most notorious troll of all). Case closed.

Nick Canizales @NickCanizales 6 Dec
Probably a few hundred people in attendance for the Baylor vs Kentucky game. Weather played a big factor.
Beware Phog @bewarephog 22h
I guess Baylor and Kentucky want dome experience. Nobody in attendance.
Oscar @oscr 21h
the attendance at AT&T Stadium for Kentucky-Baylor... yikes
Scott @BLEEDINBLUE4 20h
Good thing there was no fans in attendance for the home team tonight to witness #Baylor upset #Kentucky smh

But yeah, keep saying that Baylor-Kentucky was well-attended.
And that was in a much better location driving conditions wise.
