Here are my thoughts after last night:

GoDaddy -BG
Little Caesars - NIU
Idaho - Ball St.
Poinsettia - Buffalo
Beef o' Brady - Toledo

I would switch BG and NIU

I think BG ends up in Detroit

NIU in Mobile

The rest I agree

NIU should beg, borrow, and steal to go to SD.

So Ohio stays home now huh? Ouch

CMU definitely won't be going. So it looks like it is UT, Buffalo, and OU for the last 2 spots. I'm hoping UT goes to LCPB, but I'm not holding my breath.

If you're NIU what do you offer the two bowls that pick before the Poinsettia to pass up on you?

I don't see why the LCB would prefer NIU now....their fans will be deflated and won't show up in good numbers in Detroit i would guess. Why wouldn't they opt for nearby BG..their fanbase has to be fired up!

P.S. Will NIU even stay ranked in the top 25 polls this week? They may cling to #25, but also could drop out altogether.

Fresno stayed in the top 25, I'm assuming that NIU will as well. Losing to BG isn't as bad as giving up 60+ to SJSU.

Yea I think NIU will be 21-23.

On a side-note OsU lost vs OU so both projected teams to the Fiesta Bowl got upset.

Good matchup would be NIU vs. Fresno St or Utah State in the Poinsettia.

And BG'S would play a good at-large team. Good match-up.

Yes, Pizza Eaters should use first pick to pick the (1) Champions and (2) local school, who are now the same school. Try to pair them up with a P5 school.

Agree with BG going to Detroit if they can get a match-up against Pittsburgh as has been mentioned. Then in spite of their showing I still believe Northern is the MACs best match-up against a Utah state or Boise state in San Diego but that will take some negotiating between the MAC and its other 2 bowls. I really don't think that Toledo or Buffalo would be good opponents for Utah state or Boise state. Ball State to Go Daddy, Buffalo to Potato and Toledo to Beef O' Brady is my guess.

Army is playing in the Poinsettia. So that puts the MAC out?

No. Instead if listing a conference, they put Army since they are not in a conference.

I can see NIU vs. Boise? Assuming Fresno wins their game (in progress).

I believe Fresno would go to Vegas as conf champs.
