You have finally managed to accomplish what the country has believed since the inception of big east football, face decent competition and you dont make it. moreover, the best of cusa just took the big east spot in one year.

The Big East doesn't sponsor football as a sport. All of the teams you listed are not Big East teams.

Well, I suppose if your program is in perpetual rebuild mode, might as well live vicariously through the success of a conference mate.

It would surprise me to ever see Pitt, Cuse or BC in an access bowl moving forward. MAYBE if the ACC has a team in playoff and they are second best team in conference that year..seems pretty unlikely with UL, FSU, Clemson, VT and whatever other teams step up.

Miami, VT, and UL have a good chance of seeing another access bowl. The potential is there.

WVU - too many unknowns. Always has the potential to be good, not sure what the B12 will look like going fwd.

UConn, Cincy and USF just have to win that coveted G5 slot.

I bet the redshirt Senior players finishing their career at Memphis are thankful they got to spend Christmas week with their families all five years of college. Bowl game, what's that?

All of this Memphis bashing is responsive to the OP how? Was Memphis in the Big East and I missed it? The point is, none of the former Big East teams are going to a BCS bowl, and that folks is a fact!

Not a single one. After years of all their bragging and all the Big East conference bull crap. Attacking memphis football is irrelevant and like kicking a puppy. Its just like everyone thought forever. Give the Big East football schools decent competition and they do not go to a BCS bowl. Side Note- Notre Dame, you should never go.

Pretty impressive for the Memphis seniors to have 10 wins... Until you realize that was 10 wins their entire four years!

Memphis St is and always will be a joke. Always stuck in bottom dweller leagues like this one. Who wants to share a league with the likes of Memphis St? Nobody. Crack town, crack school, crack results. Ex players and coaches in the pen or out of NCAA. No titles and insecure punk fans like you spewing dung. Same ole stinky memphis turd. Never changes. Face it. You're the little dog behind the fence barking at the big dogs. Enjoy life in the cellar forever. I feel sorry for legit schools like Cincinnati and UConn being forced to put up with the dirty toothless tiger down in this **** hole. One little crack in expansion and guess what? They're gone. Because they remain relevant. Memphis St? Ahahahahahahahahahaaahahahahaaaaaaa!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ THIS!

What a ridiculous thread, too. There were 10 BCS slots. According to the logic of the OP, I guess that the Pac-12 has 11 worthless teams and the SEC has 12 worthless teams. 04-chairshot

Redbird and L1C4, together again, united in one thread. So romantic.
