"Last year, Northeastern ended up winning the regular season title in the Colonial Athletic Association.

This is why I say lets wait until later in the season before we determine if Northeastern is potentially a bad loss.

Let's just win and forget about it.

Seriously, the CAA is looking better this year than last year. Although Northeastern won the conference with a 14-4 record, the CAA was ranked 19th in the country. Northeastern' final Pomeroy rating was 179.

Right now, the CAA is ranked 14th while C-USA is 15th. Drexel is ranked 56th, Delaware 77th, Towson 122, and Northeastern 133.

Has anyone said it's a potentially bad loss? I thought most were just concerned that it would be a loss because they are a decent team. I'm hoping that it turns into a top 100 road win for us by the end of the season.

It's a dangerous game in that it'd likely be a "bad loss," even though they aren't a "bad" team per say. In rpi speak, yeah they are a bad team. But we know they are somewhat better than their record. It's a dangerous game, and they could very well knock us off. Just hope the guys are up for their first true road game.
