If UAB played three money games in football...
For a minimum of 10 years and we had a balanced budget with no subsidy allowing the Board to approve an on campus stadium for UAB, then would you agree to it as AD?

No because you can't make a deal with the BOT. The criteria would change. If it's not the budget, it's attendance. If it's not attendance it is success on the field. If it's not success on the field it's some asinine statement about not setting a precedent like that for UAB football.

If you are talking magic genie... Sure why not, but just get the genie to make UAB a stadium instead.

I wouldn't want to base my future off of buy games right now. Now that we have a playoff committee, teams that think they have a shot at a NC will be less likely to schedule teams that hurt their strength of schedule. If laws of supply and demand hold, these games will pay less when they are available.

Next year's schedule sets up very nicely. We play two SEC schools (that aren't Top 25), and they're not front-loaded. We have Troy and Alabama A&M rolling in for the first two home games. Most of us agree that the magic OOC formula is:

-1 power buy game on the road
-1 FCS team at home
-1 game on the road vs winnable BCS team (could do 2-for-1s)
-1 game at home vs FBS team that will travel well (Troy, Mempiss, etc).
