Hit that line, Hit that line, Keep on going,

Move that ball right down the field.

Give a cheer, Rah! Rah!

Never fear, Rah Rah

It is quite interesting the hatred and extremely vocal fixation some Arkansas State fans have with Coach Petrino. It's as if he somehow embarrassed or let down their favorite university.

We always hate former pig coaches.

You should be glad he got the boot, Arkansas has been a dumpster fire since he left.

That seems to be a common theme when he leaves.

I seem to recall last season some Ark. St. fans wanting Petrino and or saying it was a done deal that he would be coaching at Ark. St.

Who the hell is Willie Robertson? So I guess WKU has to put up a billboard and now beg for an invite to the I-BOwl? Can Monroe afford to bus their team over this year? Or do we have to hear the excuses from last season when they get destroyed by a medicore Ohio team of how they were not allowed to practice for 2 weeks.....I will be glad when Sunday passes so all of this talk will just be over....At this point I am ready for it to be over and count down until July 1st......30 plus years of being in a conf. obviously means nothing....

There were a lot of Razorback fans who pushed Petrino to ASU. My understanding is that the Governor and our other higher ups were uncomfortable with that move.

Two: You seriously do not know who Willie Robinson is?

ASU fans have been talking bad about Petrino long before his fall.

Many have. When it sounded like BP was going to be out coach, I was in favor, but I'd say most on the den was against it. I guess they thought it'd hurt our rep, which in hind sight would have with the AR media.

30 plus years of being in a conf. obviously means nothing....

1) Some were wanting him bad, most were nervous either because they were afraid we couldn't find anyone as good or that he would be bad PR, some were just flat out opposed.

2) We're just waiting for the divorce you filed to be finalized. At that point the relationship usually doesn't mean that much unless there are kids, and there aren't.

The main character on Duck Dynasty. Surely you've heard of that. At least we have an AD who is going all out to get us into a bowl, including guaranteeing a large amount of tickets sold.

Yes, the divorce will be final as of June 30th, 2014. We get to go off into the sunset with our hot mistress who has big boobs and you get to keep the house, cars, boats, etc. paid for by our hard work as you laid around eating bon bons and watching Days of Our Lives.

Sorry....only thing I could run with to continue the divorce analogy.

OK....before ya'll go off the deep end, it's a JOKE!!

ULM looks more bowl hungry to me. Their AD is clearly just out working WKU and building better relationships. Just don't get beat by the worst team bowling Warhawks.

I wasn't aware people actually watched that steaming pile of television feces. I simply thought Walmart found a niche that supported their hillbilly customers and ran with it.

ULM getting the I-Bowl won't be about outworking WKU because it'll be like all other Bowls....$$$$. Monroe is less than 100 miles from Shreveport. WKU never had a chance at that Bowl once ULM became Bowl eligible. It's still not a done deal for ULM but they have a chance at it and they've giving it their all.

What, you don't believe Benson when he said today "we are working very hard to get WKU in a bowl" ?

I believe it about as much as I believe the Go Daddy didn't know ASU was interested in their bowl till late Sunday night. Till ASU called them, evidently for the very first time.

Hopefully he is working very hard to get USA, TXST, ULM, Troy (and WKU) in bowls...in partially that order.
