Marshall had a down year thanks to noon kickoffs.

Well, at least we killed it in attendance as compared to the rest of the league.
UTSA(#2 in attendance) + F_U = ECU

Not sure if these numbers are accurate (49RFootballNow could probably give a clear answer), but just based on the box scores, we had 15540 average over 6 home games:
16630
16598
16630
12222
16630
14534
16630 is a sellout for the current stadium and with I think 3 non-D1 teams, pretty good numbers.

RE: Final Attendance Numbers (Season Average)
Next year UTEP and UNT come to San Antonio. Those games should be heavily attended. OOC home games with New Mexico and Arizona should also be attended well.
I'm hoping we get a road game in FL.

Well, at least UAB doesn't lie? Maybe they should just report tickets printed next year...

15,314 is capacity... anything over that is standing room only crowds, with the Fire Marshall limiting occupancy at 16,630 for the current stadium arrangement.

Hmm. UTSA 29,214 + FIU 15,453 + FAU 14,552 = East Carolina 44,261
Your math skills leave a lot to be desired.

I think he's basically saying... UTSA plus take your pick of the F_U's and you basically have ECU's home average.

Instead of going negative ill be positive. IceJus, your analytical skills are desirable.

Good point, forgot about that. That's even better. I wonder what the attendance will be when it's not the inaugural season (maybe lower) and the stadium is expanded (maybe higher), better opposition (should be higher), but a worse record potentially (maybe lower?). Once better recruits are coming in I would guess the program can be competitive and that last issue will be lessened. The "newness" may also expand somewhat to the inaugural season in CUSA.
Any new rumors about Charlotte moving up early?

Really hope we expand the stadium to 25k and leave it around there for a while.
Rather have a more demand then capacity while keeping every game packed.

Have not heard any new rumors but you shouldn't want that unless you can schedule all your games vs UTEP and maybe a couple of others. I think winning next year while tuning up for 2015 would be the best route.
