It's that dang toe...hard to get the blood flowing down there.

Tell me about it! I have had blood flow problems for years with my little pinky down there.

If blood flow problems persist for more than 4 hours, you may want to seek medical attention

Are you kidding? If I had that "problem" for more than 4 hours, I would get down on all 3 knees, thank God profusely, and stand erect before the American flag while singing "It's So Easy To Be Hard".

RE: Everybody Healthy?
Quote:Said he worked with the brother of a player on the team who told him Wednesday after the WMU game that NIU rested "a bunch of seniors" and let freshmen play. The guy was pissed he found out after the game so he couldn't bet WMU with the point spread.

I actually bet on the game, and I haven't bet since college (over a decade ago). I did so because my buddy (friend from WMU days) who's saving for his wedding sent me a check for $150 covering the summer's hotel costs in Vegas. I make great money, and he kept asking when I'd cash it. I told him I'll use it in an odd way.

I saw the point spread as 36.5 points -- I bet on WMU. Not a risky bet. At all. Given the known windy & cold weather coming, WMU throwing everything and the kitchen sink at Lynch, NIU wanting to not have any more injuries and be set for the MACC, and Sims possibly missing a FG or two, I figured this game would be a big running game eating up clock -- and PJ Fleck wasn't going to go down quite as easily as everyone thought on his old turf.

So I bet the $150 on it. I told him if WMU covers the spread, which they theoretically should, I burn the check. I was kicking myself Before the game thinking "Why didn't I bet $500?" -- and especially After the game.

I don't think someone would need inside info to know that there was a good chance that in such tough conditions it'd be a running game eating up clock. Even with Lynch breaking the (his own) college record in rushing -- it still ate up tons 'o clock.

Inside info would be word from the team that NIU was going to pound the sh!!t out of WMU to make a statement to the nation as if it was the last game of the season. If I heard That, I wouldn't have bet!
