They aren't bouncing back anytime soon unless they get competitive with their funding for both football and basketball. They are in the bottom 1/4 of the league in funding and the results reflect that.

Miami will be at the top of the MAC paying our new FB coach 600K+ per year and is opening up more money for coordinators and assistants.

I think football and basketball got skipped a cycle when Miami built out Steve Cady Hockey Arena. It was expensive and it too a while for Miami to digest the expense. New AD has stated that hockey is on its own now and it is football and basketball's turn.

Flashes shooting miserably, but lead Bucknell on a late run 31-29 at the half.

Rockets beat Detroit 91-75. Rockets missed an unusual number of free throws or it wouldn't have been that close. Not that long ago Toledo didn't score 91 points if you put two games together.

Flashes fall to Bucknell 66-59. Nightmarish shooting performance.

Valpo also beat a Ball State by 19 in Muncie

Eastern down 6 at the half at Purdue. We probably should be losing by a lot more, but Karrington Ward is keeping us in it almost by himself, scoring our last 7 points of the half. Purdue is a much improved team this season, though. Gonna be tough to spring the upset.
