Conference Champions?
Ok, please don't kill me for not knowing for sure but I've been away for a few days with only brief check ins over the past week... Still trying to get my voice back from Gainesville.

So, Did the Cajuns win the title? Or is it split?

Or will we not know for sure till Saturday?

Also: Does the conference usually play a regular season type game on the same Saturday that most other conferences play a championship game?

I sure hope we get a 12th member soon and get a definite conference champion won through a conference championship game. I know the arguments against it, but I cant help but believe that the extra publicity that it can give a conference and the excitement that the event can bring to the conference and recruits is invaluable.

We've had at least one December game each of the last three years.

SBC doesn't have a tiebreaker in football, so if ULL wins Saturday at USA they are champs. If they lose, they share with ASU. Both are bowling either way in their usual locations.

Cajuns need to beat USA to win the championship outright. Lose the game and they're tied with stAte. Both teams are going bowling.
