At least he hasn't moved Iowa ahead of us...yet.
Judging by how he voted, maybe he is confused and thought we lost and Fresno won. Or maybe he's sacred we'll play his Florida State Seminoles again.

That guy's silly to have Fresno at #15. He's probably one of those who had Fresno in Top 7 and brought them down to 15.
I can understand voting NIU around #19-20. Okay, fine. But ranking Fresno above NIU? At best, all one could argue is that they're potentially a better team than NIU, but with a loss and a just as ~weak SoS, they don't deserve to be ranked higher.

Actually, the points & Pvs Rank are not his, but the AP's altogether. I thought the same thing at first too, but with only 120-something points, how could he have Fresno that high? OH, that's *this week's* Fresno points....
So it only re-orders the list by what he ordered them, not his details.

Hate to admit it but Lynch does not do well running against AQ teams.

What a d*ck!!
Florida State stopped a lot of teams last year. Lynch's NIU offense put up the second most points this year against Iowa (only Ohio State scored more). He completely ignores that Lynch is a dual threat QB and threw for 275 and 3 TDs against Iowa.

There was no need to, he threw for nearly 300 yards and 3 TDs against Iowa.

I'm talking about a whole body of work not just one game.

RE: AP Poll
Would it be possible to schedule an extra game next year against ranked non-AQ conference teams should they win out?
Next year the AAC competes with MAC,CSA,MWC and possibly Sunbelt for once BCS spot.
Considering that the SEC, PAC 12, Big10 , Big 12 and ACC have much greater probability of stronger stronger S.O.S.
these one or two extra games would help non-AQ teams having a great year increase their SOS and possibly make it to the play-offs.

Well with the Purdue game Lynch was playing with one arm and couldn't take contact to it. I think playing with one arm was a bigger discouraging factor than the Boiler D

Do we need to remind this Pollster of the IOWA 8-4 win, or EIU 10-1 win. Jordan Lynch can pass and Fresno's pass defense is very poor.
Regarding last years loss to FSU by 21 points, that is far better then Clemson's (ranked 3)- going to a BCS game against Alabama? 37 point loss to FSU.
Message: it is OK for big name schools to get Blown out by 5 TD's+ but not OK for a mid-major to lose in a major Bowl by 3 TD's?
Finally NIU has a good RB this year and is arguably a far better team then last year.
